With TEH, got a basic XSLT set up to convert the XHTML static output to something simpler for ePub. She's now working on that conversion, and meanwhile I'm adding templates which create all the additional files needed for the ePub creation. I've also spun out the ant tasks for this into a separate file, which will eventually handle all the ePub work.
Did some minor reorganization and file renaming, as part of the long-term goal of having a standard set of naming conventions; images are where most of the problems are. Also removed a bunch of old obsolete HTML and plist files that were in the repo for no good reason. Finally, added detailed documentation on how to add images to the repo and use them on pages. Docs are coming along nicely.
TEH's experiments with ePub have shown that one source of invalidities is the remaining scattering of vendor prefixes throughout the CSS, all of which are probably now completely unnecessary, so I've removed them all (with the exception of those in the Open Layers CSS, which is better left alone IMHO). This should clean things up a bit and help with getting decent ePubs. Checked with PS before removing them.
Ahead of tomorrow's meeting with EC, completed a first pass through the documentation for the interview encoding, in the form of an ODD file, and added ODD processing to documentation to the build pipeline. Tweaked the CSS quite a bit, and then fed that back into the Keats project, where it originally came from.
Posting time spent over the last week handling timesheets from Endings, Coldesp, Confederation Debates, etc.
I've now set up mod_rewrite to force https on the Jenkins servers. We'll see if that breaks anything in the builds; my guess is that the occasional call to retrieve a product in a preceding build may fail when it hits the redirect.
Late duty.
Did a semi-manual conversion of the spreadsheet data into a first draft of the analysis taxonomy, and wrote an explanatory email (whose contents should end up in the documentation from the ODD file eventually) to DC and DM.
