Turned these into basic TEI with a lot of regexps and crafty style-based search-and-replaces in LibreOffice.

Our MySQL server was down ("too many connections"); spent some time reporting, investigating, and fielding and responding to queries from users. In the end a restart fixed it.

Catching up from yesterday.
Meeting with GL and DH; following that, I used a range of hacky approaches to convert Word doc content from the English and French Convention of 40 docs to basic TEI, for GL to split out into debate days.
Finished building the spreadsheet for ContentDM for JF. Found and fixed some broken fallout from old ANSI chars in the process.
RE fixed the ACL issue that was blocking our access, and although it's still nailed down to the HCMC VLAN, it's working well. Fixed a couple of bugs in the controller.

Dental appointment this morning.
Wrote a simple new utility XSLT to generate data for the Library, following JF's requirements; also a fix to an encoding issue revealed by this process.
Did a simple 1-para for the Innovation day presentation in Montreal; booked air tickets for that; met online with SB and discussed the DHSI package that needs to be done by the end of the month. Also signed up HE for the remainder of my workstudy hours on the Despatches.
