Had run around for event planning with various staff and faculty. Difficulty is date and time.
Confirmed with Sandy Bligh TAPoR IOF funds, wrote and received messsages from Peter, Sandy, Andrew. Will follow up with Sandy to get written confirmation on numbers for Andrew.

I had an inter-institutional phone conference which required preparation. Reviewed copyright laws, management issues, and organization structures in preparation for the one hour call.
Send out mass publicity to all humanities departments, CASS lists, IT lists, Education, Fine Arts, LTC, and Continuing Studies. Organized email groups in address book to have on file. Sent various individual emails, too: thopper, dleach, ppewes, coey, virvine.
Attended presentation on French CALL database which went till after 6. Then attending research collective meeting until 8:30. Claiming only one hour of work for the 2 hour meeting, since one hour was mainly social.
Investigated a new report of an error in vocab exercises on the Greek site. It looks as though ἐπιπλέω, ἐπέπλευσα, ἐπι?ιλεῖ is incorrectly glossed as "he/she loves" in Vocab chapter 20 exercise 6. Waiting for confirmation from Dr. Bowman before making the fix, and also for a lead on what the fourth letter in the third word should be; it's been corrupted into a question mark.
