I've spent more time attempting to figure out if there is any possible way to encode a stamp on the text, but at the moment, it's dubious at best. It seems that all figures and mentions of any handwriting must be part of an msDesc, which will not work seeing as I'm not working on a manuscript, but on a text with a few scribbles of bibliographical info.
