Wondering with Varin if I should remove the 'quote' elements because they automatically put quotation marks into the text that aren't actually in the original.

Reformatted the entire document to get the indents as accurate as possible and get rid of top and bottom margins on poems integrated into the text.

I'm really wanting to put in a border description, but the trouble is that the 'decoNote' element is part of the 'msDesc' and I'm not working on a manuscript, and the 'msDesc' has many component elements that really aren't applicable for me. So not so sure where to go from here...
