I had 6 days left from last year; adding 2015's allocation gives 31. I also now have 15 days long-service (this is my 20th year).

Took four weeks in August for vacation (one day of which was a statutory holiday).
Now 20 years since I started full time here, so qualify for 15 days vacation for long service to be used by Sept 2020.
I have to take another 12 days by end of calendar year, or at least schedule by end of calendar year for early in the new year.
