A recent release of P5 necessitated the re-generation of the schema for our project. I created a new schema in ROMA, and then tested all our files still validate (they do). I uploaded the new schema into all of the relevant folders on the server, so it will be available to Claire and France when they're editing.

The new schema also adds the notBefore and notAfter attributes to the <date> element, allowing us to mark up uncertain dates correctly. We'll now have to go through the existing files, looking for all instances of the precision attribute, and mark those dates up properly.
