Alriiiight, here's the tags for CEF units mobilized in Victoria... 2nd Canadian Mounted Rifles Regiment No. 5 Canadian General Hospital 10th Field Artillery Brigade, Ammunition Column No. 13 Canadian Field Ambulance 30th Battalion 48th Battalion 62nd Battery, Canadian Field Artillery 67th Battalion (Western Scots) 88th Battalion 103rd Battalion 143rd Battalion (B.C. Bantams)

...units of the Canadian Expeditionary Force (Siberia) that were mobilized in Victoria... No. 16 Canadian Field Ambulance, Siberia 259th Battalion 260th Battalion 20th Machine Gun Company (So far I haven't been able to find sources telling me the mobilization point of all of the units of the CEFS; I'll keep digging, there may be more that assembled at Willows Camp)

... militia units active in Victoria during and just before the war... 88th Regiment Victoria Fusiliers The 50th Regiment of Foot/Gordon Highlanders of Canada 5th (British Columbia) Regiment, Canadian Garrison Artillery

...and CEF units that recruited at least some of their members from Victoria, but were mobilized elsewhere (I'm going to prioritize finding stuff on the units listed above, not quite sure where/if we'll fit these in)... 1st Battery, Canadian Field Artillery 1st Canadian Pioneer Battalion 2nd Depot Battalion, BC Regiment 7th Battalion No. 8 Overseas Battery, Canadian Siege Artillery 16th Battalion (Canadian Scottish) 47th Battalion 58th Battery, Canadian Field Artillery 62nd Battalion 80th Division Pioneer Battalion

We can always shorten these names if that's more efficient, there's a manual to Great War era military abbreviations somewhere in my bookmarks... but a couple of questions: Are we creating a "Militia" tag and a "Cadets" tag? There's plenty of material on the militia, and a pretty fair amount on cadet corps... Or are we tagging them under "Service Organizations" and "Social Clubs" and leaving it at that?
