Spent the day on the following:

• Finalizing the method for integrating the names dictionary into the ethnicity assignment process.
• Enhancing the Streets pages so that they now incorporate signals for multiple ethnicities.
• Writing an XSLT transformation that processes the streets tables to create a set of TSV files for the GIS folks to use.
• Integrating all this into the build process, and debugging it.

I think it's all working now, but there are unanswered questions about the handling of multiple block/lot values for a single "address".
