Did a test build of the book; it comes in at 288 pages. Looking at the results, I tweaked the XSLT to make the appearance of a Review section title conditional on the existence of at least one review(!), and also made a bunch of fixes in the articles (adding author name markup in a couple, and removing the pointless "cinema" keyword from 11 of them, among other things).

There's a hell of a lot to do yet, but we're moving slowly forward.
