Began work on early specifications for a project I'm calling teiJournal. The first specs doc is here. This needs to be completed by the end of tomorrow, and two more documents need to be added:

1. A beginner's view of how the system will work, with diagrams, targetted at outsiders who need to understand how the system might work for them.
2. Some basic estimates of the number of hours required to complete the preliminary work, and perhaps some longer-term estimates for the whole project.
