Implemented requests 1 through 3 in the Wishlist post, and also added parsing for informants so that their names are shown as tooltips when mousing over a <bibl> with which they're associated.

Re the other three wishlist items:

• Place Names to have their own page: Sounds reasonable, but we now have quite a few pages, so it might be a good idea to revisit our menu and see if we can subdivide it somehow.
• Personal Names don't appear in main entries, but only on their own page: I think the first part of this would be a mistake, for reasons I've explained in email.
• Mapping bibls to elicitation dates: Not practical right now, because we don't have the data.
