Recordings of participants' interaction with the site began on Monday. Each participant spends an hour performing various micro-tasks that are supposed to direct him/her to using various functions of the site. So far, it is clear that the search function is completely under-utilized. Focus groups discussions will be necessary to explain this phenomena. It is also clear that we need to make the video page more user-friendly as this is where most participants tend to spend their time. More later...
