I went through the list of 160 cases where a @sameAs has a value but there's currently no corresponding @xml:id on an entry.

Most of them are affixes which are in the list for Ewa to add to affix.xml. We also need to add "min-INST" to that list.

Entries also need to be created for the following lexical suffixes:

nwˀaln
tn
ups
wil

Other problems will be resolved when pron.xml is edited.

Some of the problems were typos. Interestingly, oXygen does not flag typos in @sameAs the same way as in an @xml:id. For example, it doesn't make the file invalid to have a raised w in a sameAs.

There are also a few specific cases I need to ask Ewa about.
