Question about Pergamos

In Il bk24.699 Cassandra is described standing on Pergamos but it is definitely something in the city. I found a translation that calls it Pergamos' Tower? Should this be a new place? Butler line "No one neither man nor woman saw them,till Cassandra, fair as golden Aphrodite standing on Pergamos, caught sight of her dear father in his chariot, and his servant that was the city's herald with him" [2ἵππους, ἡμίονοι2] δὲ [3νέκυν φέρον.3] οὐδέ τις ἄλλος [4ἔγνω πρόσθ'4] ἀνδρῶν [5καλλιζώνων τε γυναικῶν,5] ἀλλ' ἄρα Κασσάνδρη [6ἰκέλη [7χρυσῇ Ἀφροδίτῃ6]7] Πέργαμον εἰσαναβᾶσα [8φίλον πατέρ'8] εἰσενόησεν [9ἑσταότ' ἐν δίφρῳ,9] κήρυκά τε ἀστυβοώτην:
