Progress to July 19
"Les agrémens et les désagrémens du mariage" arrived by attachment from the Bnf last week, but only parts 1, 2, 5 and 6 out of 8. I am trying to find out by email where the other parts have gotten to. I will give what we have (400+ short pages) to Lauren on a flash drive on Wednesday.
No sign of the ten engravings the Bnf Service de Reproduction promised in May would be sent.
Noticed that I need to transcribe the "Stances, A une femme mariée" by Motin, from the Cabinet Satyrique -- there are about 30 quatrains I should have transcribed. It might be possible to obtain the 1924 facsimile edition by ILL, but probably easier just to do the transcription at the Bibliothèque Mazarine in September.
I have sent Lauren a general bibliography to be encoded as well as a list of my own articles about "mariage".
Moving along with the SSHRC grant, as well as transcriptions of verse into modern French.Pages: 1· 2
