Places without coordinates

While building the places.xml file I decided to get a list of all places without coordinates (either because we don't know or because they're fictional). This is the list (with a few comments):
Asopus (name of five different rivers in Greece and Turkey and also in Greek mythology the name of the gods of those rivers)
