At request of dept, I've added a tertiary level of navigation which appears in the people section if the user browses to any one of the individual professor's pages. Entailed a modification to the listing code in secondaryNavbar.php and extensive change to getSectionPage.php to parse the path and figure out what values to provide for $curSection and $curSubSection
