Assisted RLK with creating new index pages within existing folders.

Currently systems drop down list includes a new-folder-and-page option however we
needed to create an index page within an existing empty folder. Have requested the option of selecting a new "UVic formatted page" only be included in the drop down list also (e.g. without creating another folder).

Reviewing site daily for miscellaneous edits as more content is inserted. Site photos
yet to come.
