• Created a new TTntAction for Import categories from file.
• Created a vector icon for it.
• Built the 12 bitmap icons from the vector, and inserted them into the image lists.
• Roughed out the function itself in pseudo-code.

This shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to finish.
