The orange box is 2 high and the yellow box is superimposed, but the fill on both is (partially) transparent, so the yellow box appears as an intermediary colour between yellow and orange. Same problem with red and purple in 1788. I've tried fiddling with various settings in jquery.flot.min.js, but I always get a transparent fill.
