I was able to order missing parts 7 and 8 of "Les Agrémens et chagrins du mariage," but parts 3 and 4 cannot be ordered from the automated system because they have been mis-catalogued. I will have to see to this at the Service de Reproduction in September.

That same service contacted me today about the ten missing engravings, saying that someone is looking into it. I thought they were looking into it since my visit to the office May confirmed that they weren't really lost...

Bibliography: I sent a general biblio, mostly from historians, to Lauren for encoding. It can accompany the more developed introductory text I'm writing. I have also located the unpublished conference paper on "le cocu" that I will tweak and send to Lauren for encoding. It will have its own, more specific bibliography. References in the paper to specific texts should inspire linking.

I asked Ellen if she has bibliography on the "petits romans" she'd like to include.
