Marking up images in divs & keys for names

Posted by pabaer on 07 Jun 2009 in Activity log
June 1st - 6th: - I started marking up the images from SAM in text, body, div - I can use p to provide descriptions - this is also where I will enter key words for each image - I started naming authority files for gods, giants, etc; as well as authors, scribes, illustrators etc.; and historical places, mythological places etc. - I have been working on conventions for Keys for the names - I am using the camel back and the first three letters of two word names, e.g. Snorri Sturluson = SnoStu - for the names of gods etc. I am using the first three or four letters of simple names, e.g. Odin = Odi - for complex names I am using camel back with two elements, the first is the three or four letters of the first syllable (or sometimes consonants without the vowels) and either an element representing the second syllable or the last letter of the name, eg. Hnitbjorg = HntBg, Valhalla = ValH, Huginn = HugN
