Requested and got a secondary account for the Latin American Studies program. Then requested URL web.uvic.ca/latinamerican to point to it. For the first couple of days after getting that URL, about 1/3 of the machines I tested it on got a 404 error and 2/3 got the page, despite clearing caches, restarting etc. Not sure what the problem was, but over time it seems to have disappeared.
