After numerous complaints about the flakiness of the teacher machine in Lab B I am rebuilding it. Initially I tried to coax Windows in to doing automatic driver upgrades and other similar things, but Windows was reliably useless. If this was Linux... So I'm installing Win 2003 with 25 CALs to the machine and doing the install-update-restart-update-restart dance that I so enjoy. Started at 3. It's now 6:15. I'll install the bare minimum today and complete tomorrow afternoon.
