0.50 hours: ISE/QME: Fix broken links and URLs on the old site per JJ. Normalized all bases to qme.uvic.ca.

4.00 hours: LEMDO: Fixes for HTML rendering of listings/TOC tables; Script to enable PS to work easily on CSS without building everything locally; much time wasted wrestling with broken build problem due to build target not having fully-explicit file paths; more time wasted rolling back inadvertent reversions in build file and XSLT committed by someone working on other stuff.
