Showed Judy how to download the existing site (in www folder) and the new site (in www-dev folder), zip the existing site, delete the existing site from the server, upload the newsite to the www folder, upload the zip file to the root of the account. We didn't have the current password so had to get that before proceeding, which consumed about as much time as replacing the site.
