MernaF enquired about an email newsletter for GUMICH and provided some examples. Essentially she wants an html page that can be standalone on their site and embedded in an email message. One of her examples was from mailchimp.com. I found templates on their site (http://www.mailchimp.com/resources/html_email_templates/) and did some testing. I sent her examples I developed for proof of concept. Now I'm waiting for her to decide on exactly what features she wants (# of columns, structure of each column, style-sheet attributes, images) and we'll then be able to mock up a template to suit their needs.
