Two of the text XML files, reconfort_des_femmes.xml and purgatoire.xml, were not showing up in the TOC. It turned out that this was because they didn't have <biblStruct> elements in the header; instead they had old <biblFull> elements. Added <biblStruct>s.

That brought up the issue of redundancy, because these two documents as well as at least one more (fantastique_repentire.xml are from the same 19th-century anthology. We should extract the anthology data to an XInclude file.
