Slogged through the rest of the NVD article, which is now done. I normalized the handling of the Scandinavian names in the bibliography, which were in "first last" instead of "last, first" style, and ordered alphabetically on first name; I took a look through previous articles, and we've never done that before, despite having lots of references to Icelandic names, so I've taken the liberty of normalizing them and re-sorting them into place based on last name. If we have to reverse this, I can change the order, and then just change the @reg attribute to show "first last", and we'll get the right results, at the cost of consistency with previous issues.
