Finished Houe, fixed XSLT quirk

Finished the Houe text and uploaded it, then noticed that volume information (<biblScope @type="vol">) was being rendered correctly in the PDF output, but occasionally omitted in the XHTML. Compared the two XSLT libraries, which are similar but not the same, and fixed the XHTML code to take account of volume info.
