NH began using <seg @type="RR"> for Rural Routes, which tipped me off that my valList for seg/@type was not making it into the schema. It had mode="change" instead of mode="replace" (required when overriding a class attribute), so I fixed that, added the new value, regenerated the schema, an fixed a bunch of typos which were now revealed as invalidities.
