Angela reported that the DHSI site was down and that she couldn't FTP of SSH into her accounts on home1t. I confirmed the DHSI problem, but was able to get into some of the folders she couldn't. Followed up with sys-admins, and reviewed the next day with Martin. Turns out there had been some problems with the SAN, which explained the access problems. That also cause the DHSI's ruby install running the site to fail, so that had to be restarted by Angela. By the next day everything was OK again.
