Late last week I received an email from RS and/or MC enquiring about HCMC staff assisting in the delivery of a course at the DHSI. I wrote up a proposal using the standard form, and in doing so came up with a number of questions (who was the sponsor, what financial terms are there, who decides on whether section is offered and who attends it, how much HCMC time should be assigned to teaching). MC raised these questions with RS and circulated the proposal by email to the DH committee. Members responded. In response RS modified the terms, at which point MC and SB thought that we might be getting beyond the mandate of the committee and that a consultation with the Dean was needed. That's how it stands at the moment.
