Action items for me: - procedure for proposals: chair posts to Sharepoint, HCMC rep circulates email with comments to start thinking by cttee members, cttee members post responses by email, final discussion and vote at face to face meeting - meet with Ray on item 3.a.ii.3 "other HCMC issues handled ... via liaison of HCMC [rep] and DH cttee chair " and how that relates to 4.a.ii "DH ctte mandate notes that we provide 'direction' to HCMC... HCMC handles all other matter via reporting scheme that doesn't involve DH ctte (typically via dean's office) - circulate suggested updates to HCMC mandate document (research records and canvas HCMC staff), solicit input from members of DH ctte
