Built the cover for volume 21. I'm still doing this in my XP VM which has Illustrator installed in it, because all the colour separation settings etc. are set up that way, so it meant I had to do piles of Windows updates and all that. I've also written to the ondemand folks to get details on the spine width projected for the book; I've set the spine based on my own calculations from what we ended up with last time, but I'd rather get it right before we sent it.
