I moved the humanities site from the dev directory in their account to the production directory. This caused a number of hassles with Contribute, so in the future I recommend:
- find the _mm directory in the root of the moved site and delete it (that dir contains a lot of information about Contribute users and settings which are no longer valid)
- in Contribute, remove any connections to the site, then create a new connection and establish yourself as administrator (deleting the _mm dir on the server causes Contribute to think anyone can be an administrator)
- in Contribute, ensure each user has the privileges you want, then create connection key(s) for each of the kinds of users you want
- test the keys, then issue them
