Added the preliminary program (always a long drawn-out process, turning word-processing tables into decent XHTML that can be styled easily). Also added a print stylesheet, and checked everything out in IE, FF, SF and OP. Looking good, I think.

Still waiting for some additional info from accounting before we can set up the regonline site.
