In the last couple of days, we've gone back and forth a bit with the publisher, who was having trouble copy/pasting from the PDF into a Word document for the purpose of submitting information to ISBN. That's now solved; I had to copy-paste the entire text from the PDF into a word-processor and save it as Word, then send it. In the meantime, the cover image has been swapped with one of the colour plate illustrations, so we've had to amend a caption, and I've rebuilt the document and sent it to JT for submitting again.
