Agrémens - update:
Posted by lauren on 04 Nov 2009 in Academic
The Agrémens (both) texts now have been proofed, marked-up fully in XML and are complete with references, so MH, if you would like to put them up on the site, this can finally happen! I still have a few questions, however:
- First, on page 1, there is a scribbled letter (signature? initials?) next to the
sigat the bottom of the page: is there a way for me to encode this? - On pages 96, 108 and 132, the PHILOGAME and HISTOIRE words are supposed to be catchwords, but because there are
figDescsand theheadtag starts before this, I can't put anfwafter. Should I leave them as is or do you have any suggestions for how to get around this? - In order to NOT get paragraphs to indent, do I write
p rend="text-indent: 0em;", or is there an easier way? (This is on p. 1, p. 42, p. 109 and p. 133 of Tomes 5 and 6.) - Finally, when a character within the story is telling a story, should I put one big "said" tag around it, or would a
div type="mmeDeSelinyHistoire"work just as well? - MH, I also have serious questions involving what constitues a paragraph within the text and what I should just be marking up with
lb/s. When you're free, I'd like to talk to you about it because I think that it affects more than just my Agremens text.
... I think all of these questions are for MH since they involve formatting.
Cheers, everyone!
