Added better navigation to the MS image browser

The image browser page works pretty well -- click on any thumbnail, and you see the big version of that image, with its thumbnail now at the center of the thumbnail list -- but I've always thought it needed some additional clues for navigation, so I've added more arrows for one-step and five-step movement through the thumbnail list. I think we've covered all the bases now.

Colonial Despatches

The Colonial Despatches is an XML database project which is creating a digital archive containing the original correspondence between the British Colonial Office and the colonies of Vancouver Island and British Columbia. The project lives at http://bcgenesis.uvic.ca, and the web application runs on the Pear dev Tomcat. The XML data is managed in SVN at http://revision.tapor.uvic.ca/svn/coldesp/.
