Integrated the list of div types which constitute poems or contributions to the MS to the XSLT, so the TOC should now be showing everything, and also made poem.xsl less restricted in what it processes: it will now process any div that's passed to it, allowing it to process all the different contribution types, relying on the XQuery that precedes it in the tree to ensure only the right types of div are passed in.
