The purpose of this form is for the HCMC and the Digital Humanities committee to collect accurate, concise information about your proposed project so that we can provide the best support possible. Specifically, we use the objectives, scope, constraints, type-of-project and benefits-to-others fields to ensure your project is consistent with the mandate and strategic objectives of the HCMC; we use the resource, labour and financing fields to determine what you are providing to the project and what your project requires of the HCMC. The information will be treated as confidential.
We recommend that you meet with one of the developers in the HCMC prior to completing this form.
