Participate in a Video Conference
The HCMC hosts a video-conference cart which we can deploy in a number of specially set up rooms in the Clearihue building. The setup works in a small number of rooms, one of which must be reserved, and typically entails a bit of setup and configuration in collaboration with other nodes, so advance notice is particularly important.
