Myths on Maps

I have completed revisions to Apollodorus book 1. Please feel free to browse on the reader and click characters, places, and groups. There ought not to be any "character_xx" type of entries in book 1 at this point and all places cited ought to have coordinates (if it's a "real" place). In addition, many of the "character_xx" types of problems were fixed but also descriptions were added for many characters to disambiguate them (ex: Lycurgus_1, Lycurgus_2, all the way to 5). This ought to make it easier when editing to find out which version of a character is which, although of course you can always use the events.xml tab to get more insight.
