Markup is going steadily, but there are many small inconsistencies in style that are emerging; we can create a more detailed explanation of the house style, based on choices from Chicago's many options, as we go through this process, and apply it to the next volume. In this volume I'll just mark up what's there, and correct actual errors (misspellings etc.), rather than normalize all the variety.
