I've added in the first of those; I don't know what character is omitted in the second. Is it not specific?

For the {t+r+}, the editorial note says: A superscript 'r' following a 't' indicates an omitted 'er' or 'ur' (Cappelli xliv).

For the {t+e+}, I think it also indicates an omitted character.

{t} = t+er
