I think you need to identify that it's your CTO, with your initials, and then give the total CTO you have after the change, like this:

SG: CTO + 1 hour = XX hours.

Otherwise there's not much point, because you won't be able to get a useful report to see how your CTO has been going up and down.

Hi Judy,

You should probably put the numbers of hours in the title of your post, so reports can be more concise. The title should probably be "JN: CTO 44 hours".
