	<description>I think you need to identify that it's your CTO, with your initials, and then give the total CTO you have after the change, like this:

SG: CTO + 1 hour = XX hours.

Otherwise there's not much point, because you won't be able to get a useful report to see how your CTO has been going up and down.</description>

You should probably put the numbers of hours in the title of your post, so reports can be more concise. The title should probably be "JN: CTO 44 hours".
