Special classes for different types of link
In response to Karin's request (comment on previous post), I've distinguished each type of link that I can distinguish (based on what's in the target attribute) using these classes:
- NoteLink
- ImageLink
- ExternalLink
The original RefLink class no longer exists, so its properties (cursor, mouseover etc.) will have to be moved to the new classes, and modified as appropriate.
